Jim Herman

Jim began his career in pharmaceutical sales with a division of Johnson & Johnson before transitioning into medical device sales with Zimmer. He has more than 30 years of experience in medical sales, product training, and organizational leadership.
Over the last 11 years, Jim developed and secured the Medacta shoulder, hip, and knee arthroplasty systems across multiple healthcare networks throughout the Chicagoland region.
As a Chicago native, Jim brings both local insight and industry expertise to his teaching. He looks forward to sharing his experiences in helping students prepare for a successful career in medical sales. Jim will be based primarily at the Chicago campus.
