I'm from a small town in South Carolina. I played soccer my whole life, tore my ACL, and had reconstructive surgery which peaked my interest in the medical field. Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.
I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview with the owner of the distributor and his partner. I presented on a product and answered some general interview questions. The last interview was with the owner, his partner, another person from the company, and a spine surgeon. I presented on a few products, I went through an ACDF procedure, and I had a lot of questions and relevant information on the surgeon from profiling him. I received a job offer the next day.
